Stage 2 – Practice Improvement Program – Ongoing Support & Coaching
At the heart of our signature program, the practice development stage is where the ongoing guidance and support take place. Through regular accountability sessions, we’ll work together on implementing the strategies designed in the previous stage. Stage 3 – Surgeon Mentoring Options
If you decide to complete your practice development and coaching journey, this phase focuses on an assessment of the progress you’ve made, addressing any remaining challenges, and providing you with recommendations to maintain the momentum you’ve built.
Should you require additional support in the future, we can discuss further mentoring options or refer you to trusted resources to ensure your continued growth and success. You may also choose to return to SPE at another more suitable time as some practices have.
